CBC.ca has made exclusive worldwide rights to broadcast the Rolling Stones-SARS benefit concert over the Web. Both Canadians and internet users will be able to watch this July 30 at noon to midnight. The broadcast will include at least one song from each performance, as well as behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with performers and event VIPs, audience reaction and special Web-based features exclusive to CBC.ca. The live webcast will be available in Windows Media format, in both high- and low-bandwidth versions, at cbc.ca/torontorocks.CBC-TV, Radio-Canada, and CBC Radio One will air the two-hour special Toronto Rocks, from 9 to 11 p.m. EDT on July 30. CBC Newsworld and RDI will report live from Downsview Park throughout the day. Artists to perform are AC/DC, Rush, The Guess Who, Kathleen Edwards, The Isley Brothers, Blue Rodeo, The Tea Party, Justin Timberlake and The Have Love Will Travel Revue, featuring James Belushi and concert host Dan Aykroyd.
