Vedder Sports Mohawk At Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame

Glenn Gamboa of Newsday was at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel Monday night where frontman Eddie Vedder inducted the . Eddie was sporting a mohawk and a soul patch when he told the audience, “(The Ramones) became a beacon for anyone who wanted to be in a band. Within weeks, kids were forming their own bands… You didn’t have to be a virtuoso or be genetically gifted with Elvis’ cheekbones… The Ramones were our Beatles.”
