V. Ice Rocks Knitting Factory

Steven Benaquist of Launch was at the Vanilla Ice performance at the Los Angles Knitting Factory where he joked to the audience, “You think I don’t know the stigma of the name Vanilla Ice?” Benaquist said of the rocker’s name plight which has him going as V. Ice, “Caught between the shame of the old Vanilla Ice “stigma” and the faint glimmer of quasi-celebrity cachet it still offers, he seems torn.”
