Unwritten Law Guitarist’s Neighbor Pleads Guilty
The Associated Press reports 21-year-old Martel Duvigneaud pleaded guilty to felony charges of assault and possession of an explosive stemming from his planting of dry ice bombs at the home of neighbor and Unwritten Law guitarist Steve Morris. “He accepts his responsibility,” his defense attorney Robert Grimes said. “He didn’t intend to hurt anyone.” Duvigneaud will face up to four years in prison and a $10,000 fine when he is sentenced on November 12.
