Uncle Kracker Wishes Cocky Would Have Done Better
Launch.com spoke with Uncle Kracker, the DJ in Kid Rock’s Twisted Brown Trucker Band about first week sales of Kid Rock’s ‘Cocky’ album which many have said was a disappointment. Cracker said, “I’m happy that it did what it did, and obviously I wish it would’ve done better, but you know what? The last one (Devil) didn’t do so good when it came out, neither. (I’m) not saying this isn’t good. I mean, that’s a lot more than I ever sold in one week. That’s more than a lot of people sell in a week, but it’ll build. You know, I think the next single will make a big difference, too.”
