Triple J ‘Unable To Resist’ Radiohead Tracks
Ananova reports Australian radio network Triple J says it could not resist the “magic musical moment” of playing pirated tracks from British band Radiohead’s upcoming album, but has agreed not to play any more. “I had no interest in infringing the copyright, but we did want to play some of the tracks. And so I rang EMI and explained to them that we just had to do it,” said Triple J’s music director Arnold Frolows. “It was just such a magic musical moment, this is a special album. This is going to be big hit for them.”
