Touring 3 1/2 Years Requires A Break

Tom Gray of spoke with Wayne Robins of The Boston Phoenix about how touring on the road together for over 3 years caused the group to require a break from each other before releasing their latest effort ‘In Our Gun’ earlier this year. “We’d been on the road for three and a half years,” Tom Gray explains. “You develop a way of not talking to each other, because you’re having the identical experience. You’d be on a bus, and you’d say, ‘That’s a bird,’ and everyone goes, ‘Yes, that’s a bird.’ Everyone plays the same gig, and all you have to say is, ‘Yes, that was a gig.'” The full story at BostonPhoenix.com has since been removed.
