Metal-Sludge.com might have scored their best 20 questions victim yet with Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello, though they forgot to bust his balls on the pictures they had of him playing Oberon, King of the Fairies in A Midsummer Night’s Dream in High School. On the Pledge of Allegiance debate, Tom said, “Who cares? A bunch of 5 year old kids robotically chanting a prayer of indoctrination to a piece of cloth is so ridiculous to begin with, that any amendment of that propaganda poem one way or another doesn’t make any difference to me. Allegiance should be earned, not hypnotized into kids.” As to the status of Rage’s partnership with former Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell and where Chris currently stands in the band, Tom said, “He stands in the middle, facing the microphone.” The transcript at metalsludge.tv has since been removed.
