The White Stripes With Breakthrough Video

The White Stripes accepted the Video Music Award for Breakthrough Video at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday for their hit ‘Fell In Love With A Girl’. Accepting the award from the Olsen Twins of all people, Jack White said, “Thank you, Mary-Kate and Ashley. We want bore you too long. The director Michelle is a brilliant guy completely his idea. He couldn’t be here because his father just passed away a few days ago, so this is for Michelle, I guess. We accept it for him. Thank you very much.”
