The Vines Bassist In Online Chat

Patrick Matthews of The Vines took part in an online chat with fans at MSN on March 16th. Asked if preferred recording or touring, the bassist responded, “I prefer staying at home but touring is fine. Touring is really fun. I just become very unhealthy. Like through the standard thing of not eating properly and smoking cigarettes. Recording is like being home in a way and you can relax. You’ve probably typed this already, even what I just said. The world doesn’t stop and start at your convenience does it?”
