The Subways guitarist and vocalist Billy Lunn spoke with Time Off magazine about the band’s breakout success last year, which had them a bit concerned. “Obviously for a while we were worried about the sort of hype we were getting, and that’s when we started concentrating on live shows rather then doing a truck load of NME interviews,” Lunn said. “We want to feel like we have really earned the respect and accolades we are given, and really worked our hardest. The best way to do that is to go out and tour and make a name for yourselves.” THe article at timeoff.com.au has since been removed.
