The Strokes Are Spin Mag’s Band Of The Year

The Strokes are on the cover of January’s Spin magazine, where they are dubbed band of the year. Frontman Julian Casablancas said, “From the beginning, our goal was to make something that was less popular but that would be appreciated later.”
