Jim Farber of the New York Daily News reviewed Kid Rock’s concert at Jones Beach on Friday (June 11), where only a half-full audience watched “Rock chose to regress into the cartoon party animal that launched his career.” Farber said, “As a commercial move, this seems savvy. The lank-haired singer’s latest CD, ‘Kid Rock’, has been a sales disappointment.
