The Hives Guitarist Avoids Criminal Moniker On Passport
The Hives guitarist Nicholas Arson spoke with Time Off magazine about the band’s return to Australia and was asked if he and his bandmates, who aside from guitarist Vigilante Carlstroem have alarming psuedo bad names, had experienced trouble with security. “Sometimes,” he said. “It depends. The only place where they put us under our Arson and Dangerous names is when we … [are] in Japan … I guess to them it’s all just Western names. It doesn’t say ‘Arson’ in my passport, but that’s to keep a low profile, you know?”
