The Doves Are Progressing Each Time Around In U.S.

Zac Crain of the Dallas Observer caught up with the bassist Jimi Goodwin earlier this week where he says the group is happy to be back in America, their fourth time in the U.S. in the past two years. “First time around, we were thinking we were going to die a death here,” Goodwin explains. “We didn’t think anyone would get it or understand us. And it was wonderful. Four tours in two years, obviously, I think it’s going well. Gigs are getting a little bigger. Hopefully progressing each time we come out here, otherwise, you know, what’s the point?” has since removed the article.
