10 years is a long time for a band, and the Donnas singer Brett ‘Donna A’ Anderson tells Beat magazine that she’s thrilled to have reached this milestone, especially given the nature of girl groups. “We were talking the other day about latest episodes of ‘The Real World vs The Road Rules, the MTV Battle Of The Sexes Challenge’,” she mentioned. “I don’t know if you’ve seen it. It’s really sad because it’s the girls against the boys, and the girls team is, like, sooo ridiculous. It’s like a coorazy psychology lesson, and it makes you kind of embarrassed to be girl because it shows how guys can be team-players and work together and girls get catty and fall apart. So that’s another reason why we’re excited to have lasted 10 years.” Beat.com.au has since removed the article.
