‘The Art of Losing’ Is Pure Brainless Fun

Sophia Asare of the Cornell Daily Sun reviewed the new American Hi-fi album ‘The Art of Losing’ giving it 2 1/2 stars. Asare writes, “Perhaps the thing that bothered me most is the group’s persona as a voice for American adolescence. [Frontman Stacy Jones] screams ‘We’re the kids of America’ at the end of the album’s first single ‘The Art of Losing’, but uh … no you’re not … you’re 32. Aside from the album’s shortcomings, if pure brainless fun is what you’re looking for, ‘The Art of Losing’ will do.” Cornellsun.com has since removed the article.
