Shinedown are out with the video to their new single ‘If You Only Knew’, off the Jacksonville, Florida rock group’s third studio album ‘The Sound Of Madness’, out now on Atlantic Records. Shinedown’s Brent Smith: Soundgarden Reunion Could Be Imminent

Daniel J. Lane of Kerrang! caught up with Brent Smith of Shinedown ahead of their set at last weekend’s Download Festival 2009 at Donington Park. The vocalist talked about the experience at the famous festival, the size venues they play, having very little time off, why their latest album is called ‘The Sound of Madness’, how he keeps missing his musical inspiration Chris Cornell, and rumors he’s heard that Soundgarden will be reuniting. “There’s talk of a reuniting of Soundgarden in the states soon,” Smith said. “I know actually someone specific who told me that, who is actually specifically in their organization. Kinda told me that they’re talking about it.” Watch the interview below.

Zach Myers’ European Crib

Shinedown guitarist Zach Myers showed off his European crib, "deep in the Hamptons of Germany", in a blog posting at the band's YouTube channel. Shinedown are out with behind the scenes footage from their 'Devour' music video, where the Jacksonville, Florida rock act's frontman Brent Smith discussed the concept for the video, while director Darren Doane discussed the three camera in the round filming process.
