Avoid Driving Near Secondhand Serenade’s Poop Tossing Tour Bus

andPOP spoke with Secondhand Serenade’s John Vesely about edits to his annoying Wikipedia entry, how transitioning to a major label and adding a full band has been “really really smooth”, and tour bus rules. “There is absolutely no pooping on the bus,” Vesely said. “If you poop on the bus, something very, very bad will happen to you or your family. I wouldn’t call it karma, I’d call it revenge. Sometimes if you’re driving and we have to poop, we get plastic bags and we place them around the toilet. We put the handles over and the toilet seat down, and then we take care of our business then tie it up and toss it out the window.” Watch the full interview below.

Secondhand Serenade Checks In After Tour While Working On New Album

John Vesely, aka Secondhand Serenade, posted the following bulletin to fans on his Myspace on Tuesday (July 31):

Wow, what an amazing weekend that was. Friday in MA with Plain White T’s was great. The weather was perfect, you guys that came to the show at Six Flags were awesome and the rides there were rad! Saturday in NYC was another great show with Tokyo Rose and Making April. If you guys liked Tokyo Rose, their new album comes out today called ‘The Promise In Compromise’, so go check it out. Its really good. And then there was Sunday at Six Flags in NJ. I can’t believe how nice it got after all the hours of rain. Seriously, I thought it might get cancelled but it ended up being one of the best shows ever. Make sure you guys look for it to air on MTVU in September. And THANK YOU to everyone who waited in the rain to see me. I hope you had just as much fun as I did. Dont forget to post up any pictures you got to my blog and any video you got to You Tube. Can’t wait to come back again soon. (:

I’m back in L.A. in the studio working on my next album, but I hope everyone in the St. Louis area plans on coming to the show this Friday at Six Flags in Eureka, MO with Plain White T’s. If its anything like these last few shows, its going to be amazing so I hope to see you there! You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-John

P.S. I’m going to post a blog in the next day or 2 asking for album title suggestions, so start think of them now.
