Protest The Hero Q&A
Before Rody and Luke of Protest The Hero stepped out for an interview on MuchOnDemand, they did a Q&A for MuchMusic.com. Asked if they feel they’re becoming typecast as a serious, politically-driven band, the guys responded, “Naw. I think initially we were, in a lot of the interviews we had they were like, ‘comment on this political scenario and blah blah blah’. And it’s not necessarily a bad thing to be indicted as an intellectual, but it kinda gets boring doing interviews like that. Especially when, you know, we’re 19 – we like to party, we like to drink and all that fun stuff. We sort of wanna just have fun sometimes in interviews as opposed to having deeply political discussions. I do mind it and I don’t mind it.”
