Angel Ibarra Discusses Solo Work, New Aiden Album

Aiden guitarist Angel Ibarra dropped in hours before his solo show in London and revealed details of his forthcoming solo album, how it’s “very weird being on stage by myself”, what prompted his decision to do a solo album, being influenced by the Goo Goo Dolls and Gin Blossoms on the album, and what fans can expect on the new Aiden album. “We just finished it actually,” Ibarra said. “It’s back to like old school stuff. Touring Aids Aiden Musically

Time Off magazine spoke with Aiden vocalist wiL Francis about the band’s forthcoming album, which he promises will be a progression from their previous work thanks to constant touring to hone their craft. “It’s a little bit different,” he said of the new material. “We’ve learned how to play our instruments better, I’ve learned to sing a little bit better and everyone’s just become a bit better all round.
