Supreme Court To Hear Music Piracy Case

Craig Ferguson joked during his Late Late Show monologue on Monday night, “This week the Supreme Court will hear a case about internet music piracy. Now, regardless of the outcome, one thing is certain: It will be the first time Chief Justice William Rehnquist has said the word, ‘Hoobastank’.”
