JAM! Music reports Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley and his manager Greig Nori have formed Lucifer, a production and artist development company, whose first signing is Canadian punk band No Warning. Whibley said, “We’re doing it together. We just come up with ideas. We both just want to do it. We want to help out other bands. We’re in such a position where we get demos all the time. We always see bands. So we just want to see if we can do it.” Canoe.ca has since removed the article.
