Stinson: Guns N’ Roses New Album ‘Nearly Complete’

Ryan Allen of Get Real Detroit caught up with former The Replacements bassist Tommy Stinson about his solo debut and asked him about his other high profile project, being bassist on the currently in limbo Guns N’ Roses project. “What I can say about it is that the record is nearly complete, and I’m not just drinking the company Kool-Aid on that,” Stinson said. “We’re going to get back in the saddle again in September and start rehearsing. What happens after that, I don’t know exactly, but we’re probably going to put the record out soon and go out and tour behind it until our eyeballs bleed.”
