Starsailor Frontman Enjoys Benefits Of Success

Andrew Murfett of Australia’s Beat magazine spoke with Starsailor frontman James Walsh who admitted that there has been some definite financial benefits to their success. “I think being able to walk into a music shop and pick up some CDs and DVDs and without being worried if you can afford it or not is great,” Walsh said. “When I was on the dole I would get £80 every fortnight and pretty much blow it all on CDs the first day I got it. Then I would have to borrow money for the rest of the week!”
