Critics of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have cited Siouxsie and the Banshees as an influence on the band’s sophomore album ‘Show Your Bones’. Singer Karen O pleaded ignorance, telling Jim Farber of the New York Daily News, “I feel bad because if she hears this she might think I’m ripping her off and not admitting it.
