Singing Alice In Chains Songs Is A Way To Celebrate

MuchNews spoke with former Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell about the loss of AiC frontman Layne Staley and what it’s like to still play the group’s songs on stage. “At a time when I’m saying goodbye to my close friend and saying goodbye to my band, pretty much at the same time, it’s kind of way to celebrate it, celebrate what we did do and celebrate the life of Layne and what we did together,” he said. “It was a team and I really miss him a lot.
