Sevendust’s Witherspoon Says Music Is Colorless

MuchMusic spoke with Sevendust frontman LaJon Witherspoon about how there isn’t much diversity in the metal and rock scene. “I think it’s a beautiful thing. Music sees no color. I see no color. We don’t see color. I think it’s beautiful now, that as I get older, I guess I recognize it more now.” LaJon continued, “every generation, and every color of person is coming out to our shows. It’s about the music.”
