Sevendust ‘A True Talent’ Making Others Seem Tame

Ben O’Brien of The Hoya reviewed the new Sevendust album ‘Animosity’ having great things to say about the group. O’Brien said, “True, the lyrics are dark, convoluted and not particularly uplifting. However, they are backed up by surprisingly enjoyable rhythms.” O’Brien added while taking a shot at a couple of rock competitors, “Creed and Linkin Park fans might enjoy Sevendust because they have the same intensity and heaviness to their songs without seeming to be self-righteous or complaining.” Thehoya.com has since removed the article.
