Seether has posted some behind-the-scenes insight on the making of the official ‘Breakdown’ music video, plus offered the lowdown on the song’s lyrics. “The song is about not allowing yourself to be beaten down by what people say about you and kind of believing in yourself, and ultimately knowing that you’ll be better for it,” singer Shaun Morgan explained.
