Former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach has issued a press release in response to his arrest in Middletown, New Jersey last week for terrorist threats against a bartender who had refused to allow him outside with a drink. Bach said, “There is a report in the press about an unfortunate incident that occurred three nights ago in a restaurant. In this country, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty, and I ask everyone to consider that, when reading press reports about the incident.
