Scott Weiland called the Cane Show on K-Rock in New York to talk about his new frontman job on Velvet Revolver, which is comprised of Weiland and many of the former Guns N’ Roses members. Weiland says Stone Temple Pilots haven’t broken up, and they’ll be putting out a greatest hits album. He says Slash is the best lead guitar player he’s ever played with. Weiland says he’s doing great right now, but had a few problems after his divorce. The DJ’s urged him to not end up like Alice In Chains frontman Layne Staley and he advised that he still had a full set of teeth. Audio has since been removed.
