Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland performed ‘Missing Cleveland’ on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ on Friday (November 21). The track comes off the 41-year-old’s second solo album ‘Happy’, out tomorrow on his Softdrive Records label. Watch the performance below.
