The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Creed frontman Scott Stapp was spotted dining Saturday at Alize, the Palms’ rooftop restaurant, with Phil, Gavin and George Maloof, the Palms owners. Meanwhile, former Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil joined Night Ranger at Boulder Station on Saturday for ‘Smokin’ in the Boy’s Room’ and ‘Girls, Girls, Girls.’
