When Chart magazine asked several rockers for their nominee for Doofus Of The Year, many targetted U.S. President George W. Bush. Billy Talent’s Ben Kowalewicz, Rise Against’s Brandon Barnes, and Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe all simply responded, “George W. Bush.” Sam Roberts expanded a bit. “How can you not say George Bush,” he asked. “Jesus Christ, it’s a no-brainer. Actually, he’s the Evil One Of The Year. Anyone who listens to him is a nominee for Doofus Of The Year.”
