Rise Against Excited For Festival Tours Down Under
Having played at this year’s Big Day Out, Rise Against vocalist Tim McIllrath tells Time Off magazine he’s more than enthusiastic to pick up on the momentum gained from their debut live appearances in Australia. “There was a really good crowd reaction,” McIllrath said of their festival appearances. “There were many reasons why we couldn’t get to Australia as soon as we’d wanted to. For our first two records we didn’t tour there at all, actually, so we didn’t know what kind of fans we’d have down there. So when we played at the Big Day Out we found that we had all of these amazing fans.
