Ringo Starr’s Son Joins Oasis’ All-Star Lineup

The Sun reports are secretly putting together a new rock supergroup — and they’ve hired Ringo Starr’s son on drums. Zak Starkey will join Noel and Liam Gallagher and guitarist Gem Archer, to do a one-off charity gig. “Zak has been desperate to play with Oasis for a while. He’s a big fan — and they’re big Beatles fans — so everyone is happy,” a source in the Oasis camp said. “Zak is an excellent drummer and he learned the ropes from the late Keith Moon from The Who when he was a young lad. It should be an amazing night — but I pity the Stereophonics. They are having to go on stage after that — that’s no mean feat.”
