A source close to Courtney Love tells Bill Zwecker of The Chicago Sun-Times Courtney Love is heading to rehab following her drug charges. “This is so long overdue,” the Hollywood insider and former Love professional associate who is still a close friend revealed. “I hear she may already be at Promises.”
