The frontman Anthony Kiedis tells the Associated Press the group, who is currently touring seven Latin American countries, hopes to add more of the Spanish sound to their music in the future. “We’ll be releasing more in Spanish,” he said. “We love the energy that we get out of Latin American audiences.” Their current album, ‘By the Way’ features the single ‘Cabron,’ a song partly sung in Spanish, which is inspired by Los Angeles’ Mexican-American culture.
