The Mirror reports The White Stripes are only allowing advance copies of their new album ‘Elephant’ to be available on vinyl, and frontman Jack White says it isn’t about worries over piracy. “We promoed the album on vinyl only because we didn’t want journalists without turntables writing about our music,” White said.
