Producer Suing Motley Crue Over Unpaid Royalties
Launch.com reports producer Tom Werman is suing Motley Crue and its record company for back royalties. Werman claims that Motley Crue and Beyond Music have “deliberately, persistently, and repeatedly breached” his agreement with the band by purposely withholding financial statements and monies owed him for his work on three Motley Crue albums: Shout At The Devil (1983), Theatre Of Pain (1985), and Girls, Girls, Girls (1987).
