Plant A Tree For The Foo Fighters’ Forest

Foo Fighters in the sand

In a world first for a US based band, the is making their ‘One By One’ album CarbonNeutral®. Through Future Forests, the band is sponsoring two projects as their personal contribution to fighting global warming. The first is in California, where they are preserving pacific forests, full of rare species which without help would disappear by 40% every 10 years. The Foos are also planting trees in the forest and wildlife reserve Tensas River, Louisiana – both of these initiatives will soak up the ‘greenhouse gas’ produced by making and distributing the album.
