Peter Buck Air Rage Trial Collapses
Reuters reports the air-rage trial of R.E.M. guitarist Peter Buck has collapsed after the judge discharged the jury, court officials have said. No reason was given for the dismissal of the jury on Tuesday, which would have been day two of the trial. The prosecution will return to the court at a future date to say whether it wants a retrial.
