A source tells the New York Daily News that now Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson have settled their child custody battle, the bad blood seems to have cooled off, and Kid Rock is getting jealous. “Tommy and Pam are getting along great,” says a source, who claims that “Kid is totally jealous of how friendly they are.” And when Rock found out Lee was scheduled to share the bill at VH1’s Big in 2002 awards last month, the Detroit rap/rocker “threw a hissy fit,” according to a source, who added, “He said he wouldn’t be part of the show if Tommy was in the building.
