The Sun reports police are investigating Oasis star Noel Gallagher after the group’s minders reportedly roughed up former pal Paul Ashbee, who was dragged from an executive box as the band prepared for their “homecoming” Sunday night gig at the Lancashire County Cricket ground in Manchester. “Noel pointed to this guy with the [Manchester City] players and said, ‘Get that c*** out of here now. Throw him out. He’s a f***ing c***’,” an onlooker said. “Five heavies went into the box and dragged him out and down the stairs. The City players couldn’t believe their eyes.”
