Karen Bliss of JAM! Music spoke with bassist Jason ‘Cone’ McCaslin about the progress his bandmate Deryck Whibley is having on writing material for their ‘All Killer No Filler’ follow-up. “I know the direction it’s going,” he says. “It’s a little heavier and a little harder. It’s not going to be a total ‘not us’ kind of thing. It’s still going to sound like Sum 41. It’s just not gonna be the same album.”
