Fuel and manager Paul Geary spoke with the Boston Herald about the sudden attention both bands have received in wake of Fuel’s offer to have ousted ‘American Idol’ finalist Chris front the band and Godsmack singer Sully Erna in a over the phone smackdown with an Arthur Magazine reporter who accused the band of “war-mongering” for allowing the Navy to use their songs ‘Awake’ and ‘Sick of Life’ in recruiting commercials.
