Moscow Cancels Rammstein Concert

The Moscow Times reports city officials have canceled a concert by Rammstein next week for fear it would provoke another outburst of violence in Moscow, the organizers said Thursday. Eduard Ratnikov, a concert organizer, told Interfax, “The Moscow government and police have made a decision not to put at risk both the civilized fans of the band and the overall atmosphere in the city.”
