Megadeth’s Detroit Show Marred By Hate Crime

Dave Mustaine updated his Metal-Sludge.com tour diary and explained that the sold out show in Detroit was the scene of a racially motivated hate crime. Dave explained, “I got an email indirectly regarding some fans beating the sh** out of another fan because of the color of his skin. The fan explained what had happened and if this is true, I would just hope that whoever did this would never do this sort of thing again if they are truly Megadeth fans. I hurt inside right now to think that there may have been a possibility that some of our fans may have beaten someone up because they ‘think’ the person may have been involved in the 9/11 tragedy.” Read more.
