Megadeth Lawsuit Dismissed

The New York Daily News reports that Manhattan Federal Court Judge Naomi Buchwald dismissed the $18.5 million lawsuit filed by former Megadeth bassist David Ellefson Thursday, saying Ellefson had agreed to a deal with the band’s mainman Dave Mustaine to resolve their various disputes after the heavy metal act broke up in 2002.
